Deeping the Wells in the farmers lands of Rural & Remote area of Chittoor District Level and Providing water facilities in the wells

 The government of Andhra Pradesh has Organized this chittoor district into two district. This district has 31 mandals this chittoor district has 697 grampanchayats, A grompanchayat has 3 to 5 villages. Majority of the people in the district live in a villages. Majority of the people in the district live in a villages. Rains are very less in this district, all the farmers and agricultural laborers are living in the Rural areas of this district. There are no canals or rivers in this area. There are Pons in every villages. When it Rains. These Ponds are filled with water, the water in this pon lasts for a few month. To do agriculture means we needs waters Small farmers do crops depending on Rains. If there is no Rains there will be no crops and the crops will dry completely. Most of the small farmers in the Rural areas are not Educated and there is no skill devolopment in agriculture.

Small farmers farming cow breeding goat breeding and sheep breeding. Milk and vegetable for the town come daily from this villages. The farmer who is growing nice for us today is in a lot of trouble. Now the small farmers have to grow crops, which means that there is no water in the wells in their Land in this area. Their Ancestors dug wells in ther Land since ancient times, they used the water the water from deep wells to grow crops on their Lands. in those days. There were no motors, they used Oxen (Bulls) to draw water from the wells and farmed their lands, there wells were 30 meters to 40 meters deep, there to live farmers depended on one well to grow crops. But now there in no water coming from these wells. There has been no rain in this area for 5 years now.

నీటి శాతం చాలా తక్కువగా ఉంది, భూమిలో నీటి పరిస్థితి చాలా లోతుగా మారింది. ఈ బావుల్లోని మట్టి పుట్టింటిలో నీరు కూడా రావడం లేదు, బావిలో పుట్టిన తెరచాపను తవ్వేంత ఆర్థిక శక్తి రైతులకు లేదు. భూములు పంటలు లేక ఎడారి ప్రాంతంగా తయారైంది. ఈ విస్తీర్ణంలో ఒక్కో వ్యక్తికి 50 సెంట్ల నుంచి 90 సెంట్ల భూమి ఉంటుంది. వారు చాలా పేదవారు, నీటి కోసం వారి భూమిలో బావి తవ్వే ఆర్థిక శక్తి లేదు. ఈ రైతులు పంటలు పండించాలి అంటే వారికి పెట్టుబడి కావాలి అంటే వ్యవసాయం చేసి కుటుంబాన్ని పోషించుకోవాలి. ప్రస్తుతం గ్రామంలో వ్యవసాయం పూర్తిగా నిలిచిపోయింది. అతని భూమిలో పంటలు లేనప్పుడు, రైతులు తమ కుటుంబాలతో పొరుగు రాష్ట్రాలకు పని చేయడానికి వలస వెళతారు. ఈ రైతులకు నీటి కోసం తమ భూముల్లో నీటి గుంతలు వేసుకునే ఆర్థిక స్థోమత లేదు. జోన్ 5 మండలాల్లో చిన్న రైతుల సమూహాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయడంలో గ్రామీణ శారీరక వికలాంగుల పునరావాస కేంద్రం. గ్రామీణ శారీరక వికలాంగుల పునరావాస కేంద్రం చాలా మంది చిన్న రైతులు తమ భూమిలో బావిని లోతుగా చేయాలని అభ్యర్థిస్తున్నారు. మన బావిని 5 మీటర్ల నుంచి 10 మీటర్ల లోతు వరకు చేస్తే బావిలో నీరు దొరుకుతుంది. అప్పుడే పంటలు పండిస్తాం అంటుంటారు. @ ఈ ప్రాంతంలో చిన్న రైతుల సమస్యలు @గత 5 సంవత్సరాల నుండి ఈ ప్రాంతంలో వర్షాలు లేవు. @పంటలకు నీరు అందడం లేదు. @వ్యవసాయ కూలీలకు ఇక్కడ పని దొరకడం లేదు. @50 ఏళ్ల క్రితం బావులు తవ్వారు. @పాడి పశువులకు మేత, నీరు అందడం లేదు. @3 నుంచి 5 మంది సభ్యులు ఉన్న రైతులు ఒక బావిపై ఆధారపడి ఉన్నారు. @తమ భూమిలో నీటి బోరు ఎంచుకోవడానికి వారికి ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులు. @రైతులు, వ్యవసాయ కూలీలు జీవనోపాధి కోసం పక్క రాష్ట్రాలకు వలస వెళ్తున్నారు. @వారి బంధంలో బావి తవ్వడానికి పేదరికం ఉంది. @రైతులు, వ్యవసాయ కూలీల పిల్లల చదువులు నాశనమవుతున్నాయి. @గ్రామంలో వ్యవసాయం పూర్తిగా నిలిచిపోయింది. @గ్రామాల్లో పూర్తి పేదరికం ఉంది. @గ్రామాల్లోని భూములు పంటలు పండకుండా ఎడారిగా తయారయ్యాయి. @చిన్న రైతులకు ఆర్థికంగా అభివృద్ధి లేదు. @చిన్న రైతులకు నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కొరవడింది. @బిందు నీటి వ్యవసాయం చేసేందుకు వైకల్యం. @వ్యవసాయంలో వర్మ కంపోస్టును ఉపయోగించకపోవడం. @గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలో చిన్న రైతుల స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల ఏర్పాటు లేకపోవడం. @చిన్న రైతుల స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలపై నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కొరవడింది. @చిన్న రైతులకు వ్యవసాయం చేసేందుకు సకాలంలో పెట్టుబడి రావడం లేదు. @చిన్న రైతులకు పంటలు వేయడానికి బ్యాంకుల నుంచి పెట్టుబడి రావడం లేదు. @పాల ఉత్పత్తి చాలా వరకు తగ్గిపోతుంది. @ఆవులకు సరైన మేత అందడం లేదు. @మేకలు మేతకు అనుకూలం లేదా గొర్రెల పెంపకానికి మేత లభించడం లేదు. @కూరగాయల పంటలు చాలా వరకు తగ్గిపోయాయి. @వరి పంటలు కూడా తగ్గాయి.

  Today the condition of farmers in very dire farmers who provide rice (Food) to the people in the country are living a very difficult life in the Rural area. Farmers need water to grow crops on their land. Without water, crops cannot grow, Time chnages and climate changes the farmer situation in no more Rains are very less in  this area since last 5 years farmers in Rural Areas have stopped cultivation their lands, Very little food crops are coming from the rural area. This Reasons is that farmers are not getting water from the wells in their lands to grow crops. Rural Physically Handicapped Center for Rehabilitation is Organizing Small farmers self - help groups in rural area, for these groups Rural Physically Handicapped centre for Rehabilitation has provided bank linkage arangement with the bank in their Service area. 
 
 Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation every groups members makes a Request when group for farmers group in Rural area to draw water from a well in their land. Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation has taken into account the Request made by the farmers to deepen the well in the Land.

 The Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation conducted a survey of the wells to be dug in the rural and Remote area of 32 Mandals of Chittoor District level Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation identified those who needs to be deepened. Total eligible wells 4066.

 The Organization Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation will employ a project officer and 6 members community Co-ordinators to manage this project for digging wells in villages. Organization will purchase 9 cranes and allocate 3 cranes to each Mandals and allocate 9 Cranes to 3 Mandals. The Organization appoints 2 members community Co-Ordinators for one are One Mandal in this way, The organization will take a Total of 6 community Co-ordinators for the three Mandals with the help of these community Co-ordinators. The farmers of the village will dig 5 meters to 10 meters deep with the help of a crane in the waterless wells in the ground. A Crane requires 10 labors and one operator to work. A well in made 10 meters deep in 10 days. Now water in flowing in this well. This 9 Cranes complete 81 wells in a month. We provide water in 972 wells for a year.

 In this way, even if the work is completed in the village of the three mandals, then we will shelf the work to a different mandal, in this way 2916 wells will be dug in Chittoor district in a period of three years and water will be provide to the farmers.

There Cranes will be installed for each Mandal and the depth of the well will be 5 meters to 10 meters in this way 9 cranes will be installed in three Mandals a t the same time and 9 cranes will be made deep in 27 wells in 10 days. In a month we will deepen 81 wells with 9 cranes and provide water facilities laborers are required to work one Crane on a well. Community co-ordinators in the villages are close to this work and look after it Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation has arranged field Scooters for them as the disatance to and from villages to villages in Lond. They should from farmers Self-hel p group in village and linkage htese groups with the bank. There will be 11 farmers in a group,  In this way 3000 farmers groups should be farmed in the district level in 3 years.

The project officer Looks after the entire well work and farmation of farmers of farmers Self-help groups in one day 3 Mandals has to come and so. Project officer require a project Vehicle.
