Project Summary/ Executive Summary:- During seventies and eighties, education was expressed in terms of Matriculate, Intermediate, Graduate and Post- graduate. Now, these So called educated people have no scope in employment market. Hence, with the passage of time , education has gone sea change. Today, a matriculate with computer knowledge and spoken English Will get a job, but even a post graduate without computer knowledge and spoken English can not be appointed as peon. Hence, education has been redefined, revolutionized and has gone a sea change. But the rural youth, especially the underprivileged, slum dwellers, OBC, BPL families, SC,ST students are not able to get this kind of education, because the rural schools are still in old formats. Teachers are not computer literate. Hence, they are not able to get employment in modern society. There is a lag between rural and urban students who are educated in Public schools with modern infrastructure with computer lab, computer teachers, internet
